the short version
Three steps. No middlemen. Nothing hidden.
Step 1: A teacher writes down the need
Province, district, school, then the items and why they matter. The EduConnect team checks it before it goes on the register.
Step 2: You pick one and say "I will help"
Donate items, sponsor a need, offer your skills or partner through CSR. Send a request and the crew introduces you to the school.
Step 3: Everyone sees what arrived
Photos, a delivery note and the coverage percent go on the record, so the next donor knows what is still open.
your path
Pick the path that fits you.
For teachers, principals and students
- Create a free account and verify your email.
- Optionally ask to be linked to your school. The team checks it.
- Report a need: the school, category, items, quantities and a contact.
- The EduConnect team verifies it. It gets the EduConnect verified label and goes public.
- Follow its coverage in your account as support is recorded.
For donors and alumni
- Browse verified needs, least covered first, or search the directory.
- Open a need to see the items and what is already covered.
- Choose "I want to help" and tell the crew how.
- The crew approves the request and introduces you to the school in your account.
- Deliver directly, then record your support with a proof file.
For companies, NGOs and foundations
- Tell us the districts or categories you care about.
- We share a shortlist of verified needs that match.
- Adopt a set of needs, a district or a programme.
- Every delivery goes on the public record with proof.
- Report back to your board with clean, shareable links.
How coverage is counted
Each need lists items. When someone records support, they mark the percent of each item they covered and attach proof. The meter for each item fills to that total, capped at 100%. If two supporters cover the same item, the total can go past 100% and the page says so openly, so duplication is visible instead of hidden.
A need is Open when nothing is recorded, Partial when some items are covered, and Completed when every item reaches 100%.
We never hold money. You support the school directly, and we record what was delivered.
